Rotunda was never only about bags or boots. From the start, our obsession has been with creating a universe. Every piece we design, every campaign we share, every café we open, is another way of building a world that feels both real and a little magical.

Now, that world has grown again. This time, into something bigger than we ever imagined: a place to live.

Rotunda al Lago is our first real estate project, a collaboration with Vitrium Capital Partners, one of the leading developers in Uruguay and Argentina. Together we asked: what would it look like if a building could feel like Rotunda? If the same energy that drives our collections and cafés could shape an entire lifestyle?

A New Chapter in Lagos de Canelones

Rotunda al Lago is located in one of Uruguay’s most vibrant residential areas, Lagos de Canelones. The zone is booming, with dozens of new projects rising around the water, but this one is different.

Four towers, designed with contemporary lines and natural textures, hold 168 apartments that open out to the landscape. Each one has a terrace with its own parrillero, because life here is meant to flow between indoors and outdoors. Around them, green spaces stretch into walking paths, plazas, and pocket parks that make the building feel like part of its surroundings instead of separate from them.
