Refund and Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@rotunda.co. Approved returns will be provided with a shipping label and instructions for sending back your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is an issue, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will work to resolve the problem.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Contact us with questions about your item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund or store credit and make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Additional Return Information (US Only)
If a customer wishes to return a product and receive a refund, they have 30 days to request it. If the product has a color error or a manufacturing defect, the cost of the exchange or return will be covered by Rotunda.
However, if the exchange or return is due to the customer choosing the wrong size or a personalized aspect they didn’t like, or if they simply wish to return it, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility at a flat rate of $12 within the United States. In these cases, store credit will be offered. Full money-back returns are subject to review and approval by our customer service team.
International Returns & Exchanges
For international orders, we do not accept returns.
Product exchanges are only available in cases where the wrong item was received or if the product has a defect. Exchanges must be for the same item or one of equal value, and shipping costs are not covered.
During special periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season, exchanges are still accepted under the same conditions, but return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, matching the original shipping fee.
For cases that qualify for an exchange, store credit will be issued if the requested item is unavailable. Store credit is valid for 30 days, and as a token of appreciation, customers will also receive a 10% discount coupon for their next purchase.
