2. Scams or Misleading Information: Any video that promotes false information, scams, or anything misleading about our products or brand will be disqualified. Authenticity is key for us.
3. Ethical Concerns: We stand for positive values. Any content promoting harm, discrimination, or showcasing our products in a manner that goes against ethical standards will not be rewarded.
4. Political Affiliations: While we respect everyone's right to their political beliefs, we prefer to keep our brand neutral. Videos that promote or denounce any political party, figure, or ideology will not be considered for rewards.
5. Quality and Relevance: While we encourage creativity, videos should be clear, of decent quality, and relevant to the product and the unboxing experience. Extremely shaky, blurry, or unrelated content might not meet the criteria.
6. Negative Portrayal: We're all for genuine reviews. However, content that excessively or unjustly portrays our products or brand in a negative light without constructive feedback might not be rewarded.

If your video doesn't align with the above guidelines, it may not qualify for the rewards. We advise all participants to ensure their content is genuine, respectful, and showcases our products in a positive and authentic manner. If you're ever in doubt, think of content that you'd proudly show to a diverse audience.

Absolutely! While the reward is only for your first video, we always appreciate and encourage more content. If you plan on submitting more than one video, then you must become an affiliate, where you can earn from any sales generated through your shared links.

While there's no strict time limit, we recommend keeping your video between 30 seconds to a minute for maximum engagement. Remember, it's about quality, not quantity!

No, our promotion is only open to our US fashionistas! Nonetheless, please ensure you're posting on a public profile so we can view and verify your submission.

Once you've submitted or tagged us and your video is live, our team will review it. If all looks good, you'll receive a notification and your rewards within 3 days.

Rotunda Video Submission Terms & Conditions


1. Eligibility:
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Rotunda, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

2. Agreement to Terms:
By participating, the contestant agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Rotunda, which are binding and final on matters related to this promotion.

3. Promotion Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting from the date of receiving the product and ending 30 days thereafter. All online entries must be received by the end date at 11:59 PM EST.

4. How to Enter:
Participants must record a video of their unboxing experience and/or showcasing the product. The video must be uploaded to TikTok or Instagram Reels with a public profile and must tag @rotunda.co.

5. Content Guidelines:

• No explicit content, nudity, or profanity.
• No promotion of false information or scams.
• No content promoting harm, discrimination, or unethical behavior.
• No political affiliations or promotions.
• Videos should be clear, of decent quality, and relevant to the product.
• Negative portrayal without constructive feedback is discouraged.

6. Prizes:
Winners will receive $50 in product credits for posting a video review and an additional $50 for sharing it on TikTok or Instagram Reels with a public profile. The total value of all prizes is $100. Prizes are non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Rights Granted by You:
By entering this content, you understand and agree that Rotunda, its affiliates, and anyone acting on behalf of Rotunda shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media your entry, name, picture, likeness, voice, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

8. Terms & Conditions:
Rotunda reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Rotunda Co.'s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion.

9. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Rotunda and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant's participation in the promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

10. Disputes:
This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. All disputes related to this promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

11. Privacy Policy:
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Rotunda website.

12. Sponsor:
